I choose to use a Cairn as a leadership symbol for my website. Life events are like the rocks that get toss against each other by the sea. Time transforms the rocks into polished stones. Similar, our ability to postively impact our life events can transform us into effective leaders. And as these life events stack upon each other they become our leadership tower that points the way for others on their journey.

Welcome to my capstone project for my Masters in Organizational and Leadership program at Gonzaga University. The ORGL program was a transformative journey and this web site was developed to help share this journey.
With more than ten years working on process improvement projects and leading teams, I am adept at finding solutions to increase employee engagement, improve work place efficiency and manage change. Currently , I am a sales compensation consultant who parnters with business leaders to develop sales compenation solutions to their complex sales distribution, sales goals and sale incentive challenges.
I have a genuine passion for developing and leading organizational improvements, especially in the areas of coaching and change management for both teams and individuals. I am enthusiastic about aligning employee engagement with organization’s values.
