Leadership Philosophy
 
Leadership is the authentic influence that creates value in one’s organization and personal life.   An authentic leader continues to work towards a well-developed self-awareness that openly faces strengths, vulnerabilities and development challenges.   By developing credibility a leader can influence through meaningful communication that connects with people by reminding self and others the corporate and cultural values that are genuinely important.   A leader that models authenticity, mindfulness, active listening and purposefully serves multiple constituencies – self, team, family, community-   has the skills to transform thyself, team and the organization/community in which they lead.
