The Quiet Leadership Café has made one significant long-term outcome with the Sales Leadership Organization Leadership program introducing a Presentation and Executive Presence training program. Prior to this year, the leadership program did not have a communication course in the program. We are introducing this element to help develop stronger more effective presentations and to build into our leaders a communication presence that is mindful of our corporate values and the audience we are speaking with.

Other Long Term Goals are:
Greater awareness of the power of introverted personality types in leadership roles with the business leaders learning how to leverage their skills in leadership roles.
Increased number of introverted personalities that are in leadership roles, including the space to be creative.
Improved communication between introverts and extroverts including a greater understanding and appreciation of each other personality types
To be the best version of yourself. To become more authentic, self-confident leader.
To inspire introverted personalities to become cultural ambassadors to develop leadership in introverted personality types.
